CLASS IS FULL!! EMAIL PAONIACLAYWORKS@GMAIL.COM TO BE PUT ON WAIT LIST - AND TO FIND OUT ABOUT FUTURE CLASSES! This class will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30 to 7:30pm, in March. During this four week class we will explore different wheel thrown forms such as cups, bowls and plates and the playful world of forms that aren't quite sure what they are. We will play with altering thrown forms off the wheel and play with the organic shapes of beginner pottery. We will also delve into different methods of surfacing with studio glazes, slips and stains. Students will have the opportunity to create and finish their own ceramic mugs, bowls, plates etc. (both microwave and dishwasher safe) that they can use for years to come. Working with clay is a great reason to let go and play and see what your subconscious self has to express.
